You can request removal of your Atlas account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the address connected to your GFAVIP account with the subject 'Delete my Atlas account' and include your GFAVIP username.

What happens next

We verify the request, revoke Atlas access, and delete or de-identify account data that is not required for shared operations, security, fraud prevention, legal duties, or contractual records.

What may remain

Shared audit trails, records created for a team, security logs, and encrypted backups may remain for a limited retention period. They are not used to recreate your active account.

GFAVIP account

Deleting Atlas data does not delete your GFAVIP Wallet identity or data held by other GFAVIP apps. Those services require separate requests.
